Thankfully, a kind woman took him in and gave him love, safety, and a soft place to land. But now, due to ongoing issues with HOA restrictions and neighbor complaints, she’s faced with the painful decision to find Henry a new home where he can thrive.<br/><br/>Despite his rough start, Henry is a happy, loving boy who’s great with other dogs and would do just fine in a home with teenagers or older kids.
