Once approved an appointment can be scheduled for a meet and greet. Out of state adopters must have a verifiable vet reference. We do not ship our dogs. All potential adopters must meet in person. Questions? email inforawldogs@gmail.com

Henry 2 year old neutered male. 85 to 90 pounds.

Henry came to RAWL as a transfer from one of our shelter partners. He was adopted for a couple of months but could not be contained to a 4 foot fence.

Henry is a nice guy, but not without quirks. The first one being he needs a 6 foot or invisible fence. The perfect home would have a doggy door with a 6 foot fence. Like his ancestors Henry likes to be outside a lot.

Henry is smart and easy to train but not for the push over. He knows how to get away with some naughty behavior if rules are not spelled out when he goes to a new home. He's a thief and thus should not have complete reign over his new home. Obviously at RAWL we are dog savvy and know how to apply rules to dogs that need them. To Henry's credit he's smart enough to know stealing is frowned upon and he doesn't display the behavior here. He doesn't question the fence here.
Other than that is he happy, playful has been good with other dogs. He has been fine with the cat at RAWL however, in his previous home he would chase her cats.

So....the take away is Henry is a nice dog who need two weeks of boot camp in his new home and then you will have a saint of a dog.
