Henry's Story

Henry is a sweet, affectionate 2-year-old male German shepherd mix with a heart as big as his love for playtime. Henry weighs 65 pounds of love and sweetness and adores his toys, especially his ball, which he could happily chase for hours. Henry is Timid around new people at first, but warms up with patience & kindness, revealing his gentle, loyal nature. He would do best as the only dog where he can soak up all the attention & return it tenfold with cuddles, play, & devoted companionship. Henry was rescued from a high-kill shelter on the day he was scheduled to be euthanized. He has had training while with his foster family, and continues to gain confidence and will thrive once in a loving home, and is the only dog. Henry is neutered, received his wellness exam, fecal test, and is current on his vaccinations. He’s packed with his favorite toys and balls and is looking forward to fun adventures with his forever family.
