This 48-pound sweetheart is about a year old and full of life. He came to us as a stray with a leg injury, but it’s healing well on its own—and you’d never know it from the way he runs, plays, and soaks up every moment. Hendrixx can be a little shy at first, but once he feels safe, his goofy, affectionate personality shines through. He loves fetch in the yard, tug-of-war indoors, and chew toys of all kinds, but he also settles beautifully for cuddle time and quiet naps by your side.<br/><br/>Hendrixx has done well with some dog friends at the shelter, though like many young pups, he can get a little too enthusiastic in play, so he’d be happiest in a home without very young children.
