HENDRIX's Story

Hendrix is a handsome and good-natured Husky/Pit mix approx. 14 months old weighing about 48 pounds. He was found abandoned in the country and was rescued by the dog warden. Hendrix does know basic commands so we do believe he is house trained. Due to his medium level energy he will do well with an active family familiar with Husky mix breeds. Because we don’t have much history on him, kids should be 10 and over. Hendrix has tested negative for heartworm, has been neutered, and is current on vaccinations/flea/heartworm preventative. You will receive health records and a bag of Hill's Science Diet food upon adoption. Adoption fee $200. Please complete the pre-adoption questionnaire at https://www.cchspets.com/adoption-pre-qualifier We will contact you via email. Please check your spam/junk folders! The Clinton County Humane Society is a no-kill, nonprofit, volunteer-based organization. We do not receive county or government funding and depend on our adoption donations to fund the shelter.
