Meet Hemi! The sweetest, bounciest baby boy with oversized floppy ears, white toes of varying numbers on every paw, and matching white spots on the back of his feet. Hemi and his parents were impounded by the PG County Animal Shelter as a cruelty investigation (exact circumstance unknown). But we know enough to say that any young puppy to have that kind of beginning hasn't had the greatest start to life. And then on top of that, he caught one heck of an upper respiratory infection before we got him out of the shelter (he is now fully recovered).<br/><br/>None of this has dampened Hemi's spirits! He's playful, does adorable little leaps for joy, loves toys, and is eager to make human and doggo friends alike. He'd thrive with another playful dog and kind people willing to continue building his confidence, which continues to grow by leaps and bounds!
