Bosque Buddies Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
All potential adopters fill out an adoption application. We review applications, and if approved, we do a meet and greet - these can happen at events, at an appointed time, or at their home, depending on the animal. We ensure any other animals of the home are accepting of the new pet. We do a home visit and if that goes well, we explain any additional steps that will be needed before we completely finalize the adoption - shots needed, spay/neuter appointments, etc. We cover the cost of all initial shots, microchip, and spay/neuter in our adoption fee.
