He HEARTWORM POSITIVE but has completed treatment at our veterinarian. He is otherwise perfectly healthy, so do not let the HW+ status deter you! It will require no extra expense for you, but you must keep her on monthly heartworm prevention just like any other pup!<br/><br/>Helix is a full-blooded German Shepherd Dog. He is loyal, smart, and would love to learn tricks and training. He is so incredibly handsome and has qualities true to the breed. He is motivated to learn and VERY smart... and we hate that he is stuck in a shelter environment. German Shepherd Dogs are one of those breeds that I would suggest you have either breed experience or dog experience in general.
