My name is Helene! I am a 5-month-old (DOB: 10-25-2025), currently 29 lb female. My adoption will be conditional on my adopter having me spayed at 6 months of age, which will be April 2026. I am doing well with housetraining and am almost at 100% as long as I am taken out on a consistent schedule! I am already crate trained. Since I am still a little puppy, it’s safest for me to stay in my crate when unsupervised. I might bark a little at first but then I settle down.<br/>I love all the people I’ve met so far, including men, women, and children! I’ve met a few dogs, big, small, males and females. I liked them all and wanted to play with everyone! I love all my toys. I don’t know how to play fetch yet it sounds like fun. I have met a cat, and I was a really good girl so it's ok if you have a cat or two.<br/>The car is ok, I don’t mind going in it, I might even like it one day. I am doing well learning how to walk on a leash. I learned “down” that was easy. I'm ready to learn more. I hear that puppy classes are pretty good, maybe you could bring me to one. I wouldn’t mind going to a home with some children, I really like playing and running around with them. Remember, we are an all-volunteer foster rescue organization - we DO NOT have a physical shelter to visit. Our minimum adoption donation is $350. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered. This would be the responsibility of the adopter at their own expense.
