Hela's Story

At approximately 55lbs and 4 years old, Hela is a miniature hippopotamus who loves love. She makes me laugh every single day and would absolutely thrive in a home of her own. This sweet girl is about 4 years old, super laid back, and happiest just being near her people.<br/><br/>She does have minor ear issues that are easily managed with antihistamines and doggy moisturizer—nothing that slows her down or affects her happy life. Hela is excellent in her crate, great in the car, and ready to bring an endless amount of love and joy to her forever home.

Leann’s Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

First, you would fill out the adoption application and list what animal you’re interested in. After reviewing your application, if I feel you are the perfect fit for the animal, I will contact you to set up a time to bring them to your home and make sure everyone gets along and is happy. If all is well, I’ll finalize the adoption with a contract starting if you at any time no longer want the animal, they must come back to me. All animals come fully vetted and will come with a folder of vet paperwork. I do ask and appreciate updates for the remaining life of the animal.
