My name's Heidi & I'm a 1.5-2 year old small Lab mix. I arrived at a shelter emaciated to near death. I'm a most wonderful girl who didn't belong to equally wonderful people. They starved me, let me get pregnant & gave my babies away in front of Wal Mart when they were far too young & still needed me. Broke my mother's heart. Then, they dumped me when I was so weak that I could barely stand. The vet says I'm healthy & just needed to gain weight. I did my best to eat as much as I could & now I'm shiny & strong again! I've got a sweet, gentle nature & love people. I'm very nice with other dogs & fine with cats. I'm a great family dog & I'd shower you with Lab love & kisses.
