Hefner is a loving 6-year-old pit mix who has been patiently waiting for his person. He’s playful, incredibly smart, knows his basic commands, enjoys going for walks, is great with kids, and would likely do well with another dog his size in the home.<br/><br/>Hefner does have a few allergies to mites and fleas, which are easily managed with regular flea and tick preventatives. In the shelter, stress can trigger flare-ups and with his immune system already working overtime, those allergies can be harder on him here.
