<p>Hector is a 4 month old, 4 pound Chihuahua mix puppy being fostered for the former Family Dogs Northwest.<br/><br/><p>He has had a rough start in life but now is a healthy happy boy, ready to become your faithful friend forever!<br/><br/><p>His $200 adoption fee will go towards covering the extensive medical bills that he and his brother and sister have accumulated. Because of his medical issues, he has not yet been altered. That will be the responsibility of his new person/family. He will have at least two vaccines on board before he goes to his new home and he has been wormed multiple times.<br/><br/><p>Hector has a wonderful, lively personality and has loved every person, dog and cat that he has had the pleasure of meeting in his brief life. He is very smart, responsive and well adjusted.
