Heaven- In Foster's Story

Meet Heaven, a 7-year-old pittie mix weighing about 40 lbs, who is just as sweet and gentle as her name suggests. After raising lots of puppies over the years, this beautiful girl is ready for her well-deserved retirement home where she can finally put her paws up, nap the day away, and soak up all the love she’s been waiting for.

Heaven is deaf, but that doesn’t slow her down one bit. In fact, she’s already learned a few sign commands like “sit” and “come,” and she’s working on “down.” She may not hear you, but she always wants to be near you—often resting against your side or with her head gently on your feet.

She’s heavenly to walk, taking her time to sniff and explore at her own pace, and so far she hasn’t been reactive. She enjoys a good game of tug, playing with her toys, and lounging in the yard. But most of all, she loves being with her people and would do best in a home where she won’t have to be alone too much.

With her tender heart, love for naps, and gentle companionship, Heaven is ready to be someone’s whole world.
