🐾Meet Hazel Grace🐾<br/><br/>Hazel Grace is a 1 year old Corgi/Lab mix and she is looking for a a second chance! She was originally adopted from us as Chardonnay, part of a litter of puppies about a year ago. She has unfortunately been returned due to a sudden change in her family's housing situation, and no fault of her own.<br/><br/>Hazel Grace is up to date on all vaccines, deworming, prevention, is microchipped, and spayed. Not only is she beautiful - she has the personality to match! She does great with people/kids of all ages, cats, and other dogs. She is also house trained, crate trained, rides well in the car, and knows sit and shake. Her favorite things are balls, running, and other dogs! At home, she is nosy and loves to be a part of whatever you're doing. Her previous owners say she can be pretty hyper at first, but give her time to settle in!<br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application on our website or in person.
