Hazel's Story

Hazel / Female / 4.5 Months / Northern Mix / Dogs: Yes / Cats: Yes / Kids: Yes / Location: Keswick

Hazel joined us a couple of weeks ago from our friends at Northern Reach Network, and somehow we forgot to give this beautiful girl her proper introduction!

Hazel is a slightly older puppy, which means you get all the fun, love, and silliness of puppyhood without quite as much of that tiny-puppy chaos! And trust us, there is SO much to love about this girl!

Hazel loves to play, explore, and go on adventures. Whether it’s a walk, a car ride, or heading out to see what the world has to offer, she’s happy to be right there by your side.

This girl is active, playful, and full of life! She would love a home with a yard and an active family who can keep up with her adventures. But underneath all that playful puppy energy is an incredibly sweet, loving, and affectionate girl who is always happy to soak up some attention. She really is an all-around good girl!

Hazel is doing great with her house training and crate training! Of course, she’s still a baby, and we always encourage adopters to expect the possibility of some regression when a puppy moves into a new home. Some settle in like they’ve lived there forever, while others need a little extra time and patience. Either way, we’re here to support our adopters!

Like any puppy, Hazel will also need continued training, guidance, and socialization as she grows. We strongly encourage all puppy adopters to participate in obedience classes. They’re a great way to build confidence, learn together, and set everyone up for success!

Hazel will be spayed at six months of age at one of our approved veterinary clinics, and her spay is included in her adoption fee!

Now that she’s officially been introduced, let’s find this sweet girl the forever family she deserves!

Interested in adopting Hazel?
