Hazel's Story

Hazel is a super nice, younger dog, medium size, she is more the submissive type. Would love a nice playmate at her age, exercise is key. She makes a good companion, when you take her out for walks, we unleash her as she never runs away, sticks by you and basically is more interested in being loved on than running around. Good family dog but training is important here.

We love that she doesn't have a strong prey drive since we're a predominantly cat shelter and we can trust her. This is also good for other dogs.
Ideal home has a fenced in yard, a younger dog for her to play with and a family with an active lifestyle.

For more information please email: friends@heavenlypet.org for an application or text Laura at (641) 919-1289. Applications are available on our website: www.heavenlypet.org
Her adoption fee will be lower since she's not yet spayed. She is up to date on vaccinations, worming, flea/tick treatment, heartworm and microchipped
