Hazel's Story
Hazel is 2-4 years old and 33 pounds. Hazel is on the shy side, but gains lots of confidence when around another dog, which is not surprising after living with 177 other dogs! Hazel needs a home with another playful doggy sibling to help ease her into the world she's missed out on. Hazel will do best in a home with patient teens or no children. She is a very sweet dog who will be a cuddly, lovable best friend once she settles into her new home. Hazel is heartworm positive and can only be adopted by a Vermont resident. We cover the treatment at our vet in Rutland. She also has a broken tooth and has an appointment on March 5th to see about removing it. She can be seen and adopted before this appointment.<br/>Adoption fee-$250
