HAZEL's Story

Meet Hazel - a 7-month-old (as of 11-10-2025) Black Mouth Cur mix. She is the sweetest pup. Friendly, playful and loyal. Will follow you everywhere. Gets along just fine with other dogs. LOVES kids. She also knows how to play fetch already. Super smart little girl.

First and second chances: As tiny pups, her and her sister narrowly survived vicious dog attack. And the second? Came down to 15 minutes. That's all that was left on the clock when he was scheduled to be euthanized and whisked out of a kill shelter in the final moments by a rescue who chose to give her that second chance.

For some reason, this girl is supposed to be here. And even more amazingly, she doesn't hold any grudges against dogs or humans. She is pure sweetness from her beautiful eyes and velvet fur to her very core.

Once she works out that you're a good soul too, she will absolutely love and be loyal to you. In return she will expect cuddles, more cuddles and then some games.

We believe that this 7-month-old miracle girl is here to bring joy to someone's life. That's her final miracle. WE can't wait to find out who is destined to be her human.

Loves kids, dog, even cats. She is clever, already follows commands. Sleeps on her little doggy bed at the foot of her foster mom's bed. Crate trained, potty trained (uses doggy door like a boss).

Adoption fee includes: Spay, microchip, vaccinations.
