Meet Hawk<br/>***** Courtesy post - not on site *****<br/><br/>About Hawk:<br/>Hawk is the most loyal, loving adventure buddy who is looking for his best friend. His perfect day is a mix of roaming around outside followed by a long nap on the couch. He loves finding sticks, trips to the beach, long walks in the woods, and being tucked into bed under the blankets. He gets the zoomies around water and will often stop to watch birds - his favorite birds are crows.<br/><br/>Training & Skills:<br/>* House trained and somewhat crate trained.<br/>* Knows basic commands. Could use a bit of work on his recall but generally good off-leash.<br/>* Regularly attends doggy daycare and is great with other dogs there!<br/>* OK being the only dog at home but could also be happy with a companion! Hawk tends to be an alpha and would do best with a smaller mellow dog. He lived with dogs in the past.<br/>* Prefers cats who can just chill vs those who spook easily. He lived with a cat in the past.<br/>* VERY food motivated.<br/><br/>Ideal Home:<br/>Hawk is looking for a peaceful, low traffic environment in a home without children of any age. His mom recently had a baby and he is not comfortable sharing his space with a tiny human. He would be so happy with a woman who enjoys spending a lot of time outdoors just being her best friend and adventure buddy.<br/><br/>Health:<br/>Hawk is 8 years old and weighs 45 pounds.
