First a message from Haven,,,, Hello. I am a sweet gal named Haven. I lost my person a while back. I have mourned and sat in sadness and now I would really like to belong again. I would love someone to love me again for me. I thought I had found someone and their kiddo was allergic to me and they had no clue. I was their first couch potato. The person before them took me and their other fur pet just would not stop being jealous over me and he was bullying me around. So what I really want for Christmas and the New Year is a family. I fold my paws and pray all the time. My foster momma says she loves me and I love her so much but I want a family that is mine.. I can have fur siblings if they are nice to me. I am just a playful gal that has lost a lot and just want to be loved have fun and belong. I want a lifetime of love. I want to curl up and know my human has me. Will you be my new family. Haven. I cannot this perfect short squishy stubby stocky diva find a rescue or a home to get her precious self outside of the hell hole of Clovis New Mexico. Haven if you don't know her story her owner died and she sat on his grave and mourned and his kids would not take her they left her at the cemetery where she nearly died of dehydration and starvation and mourning. She is looking for her real forever home. Haven is so full of love. She is so short and stocky girl. This angel just wants to belong so badly. She thought she found a forever home but the other dog would not accept her and they tried for weeks and so she came back. She is so sad. She wants a loving forever home. Desert Dog Den Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy

See and animal and inquire. Ask a few questions to see if there is a good chance of a good fit then proceed to fill out application. After reviewing the application to follow up with an email and or call. Then if application is a good fit, then will proceed to verify facts and then set up a first visit. If the visit is a good fit then if they have other pets we will arrange a meet and greet of the new pet and the existing pets at the new potential home. If all goes well then we will proceed to complete the application and that includes, collecting adoption fees and signing paperwork finalizing. Supply the adopter a copy and completing the process. All pets will be microchipped and at the final process pet is then registered in new parents name and information
