Hattie's Story

Hattie is being fostered in Kutztown, PA and she is available to meet!

Hattie was found as a stray in a rural area we help. Someone found her searching for food in the parking lot of a store, and he reached out to our volunteer to see if we could help. One of our kind fosters agreed to bring Hattie into her home, and she has shown us that she is a good girl. Hattie has completed her veterinary care, so now she’s ready to find her forever person.

Hattie is very sweet and loving. She follows her humans wagging her tail. She is playful and gets along with other dogs of any size. She is also very smart and is learning basic commands.

She was fostered with a 3 year old child, and she did great with him too. Hattie walks well on a leash and is also house trainted.

We think Hattie is a Lab mix. She weighs 30 pounds, and she is 6 months old.

Hattie has been spayed, vaccinated for DHPP and Bordetella. She is also microchipped and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
