Hes working hard on building his confidence and learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. <br/><br/>We think Harvey would do wonderfully in a home with a calm, confident dog who can show him the ropes and teach him what it feels like to be part of a loving family. Once he feels safe, Harvey has so much love to give. <br/><br/>He loves to play fetch, and when hes not out playing fetch he loves to be curled up next to his person.
