Harvest *Adoption Pending*'s Story

Introducing Harvest

This beautiful pup was found as a stray in rural Manitoba by the Manitoba Animal Alliance rescue team. She was just a wee pup and would not have survived all on her own.

Harvest is making steady gains in her foster home. She is an active and happy puppy who loves to play and engage with her foster family. She is a typical pup full of endless puppy energy and curiosity. She is friendly with everyone - dogs, cats, kids and adults.

Harvest’s adopters must be prepared to continue with her training and keep her busy with lots of daily exercise and socialization. She is a very smart pup and responds well to praise and treats. She is good travelling in the car. She sleeps in her crate at night. Harvest shares her foster home with other dogs and cats. She is getting along well with all and we feel she would love sharing her home with another friendly, active dog. A meet and greet would be necessary.

Harvest is not left alone much during the day. Puppies require ongoing care and Harvest is not old enough to be left alone for long hours during the day. She is let out often and has not had accidents for a long while.

Harvest is a shepherd mix and will be a large, active dog when fully grown. Harvest really enjoys playing outdoors and going for walks. An adopter with a house and fully fenced yard is recommended so Harvest can have outdoor time in between her walks. She will require a lot of exercise and outdoor playtime to help keep her happy and healthy.

Harvest has been spayed, dewormed, up to date on all vaccines and is microchipped.

***This bio may change as we learn more about Harvest.

Please see our website (info@adoptadogsavealife.com) for information about our rescue and adoptions. Our adoption process includes an online application, a telephone interview, a home visit (virtual or in person), reference checks and a meeting with the dog.

An adoption fee of $500.00 applies.

Harvest in in a foster home in Newcastle Ontario.
