Hartley's Story

Once a shy, scared girl, Hartley is no longer that girl. Now full of personality and trust, Hartley is enjoying life and learning that it is ok to trust and have fun. She loves leash walks and attention from the volunteers and play time with other dogs. She is heartworm positive but is undergoing heartworm treatment that the AWL is providing for her. Hartley loves people and would love to have a family to be with that will give her lots of love and care as she navigates this treatment. She will get through it and have a completely normal life after. Hartley is the sweetest girl with the most beautiful coat.
