Harriet's Story

Harriet is a petite American Pit Bull Terrier mix with a heart as big as her zoomies. Since arriving at the shelter, Harriet has responded to attention from humans with a "happy tail" that wags so fast we joke that she might lift off! . She walks beautifully on leash and absolutely lives for zoomies in the yard. Harriet is eager to please, smart, and already knows how to sit for treats (and yes, she expects a round of applause afterward!). Harriet will also convince you she is a lap dog! Some might say Harriet is "a little much" but honestly, many of the best personalities are! If you love dogs with big energy and even bigger hearts, Harriet might be your perfect match. This animal is at the City of Chico Animal Shelter.
