Harriet 's Story

✨ Meet Harriet — aka “Little H” ✨PLEASE SHARE!

This fabulous senior lady is 15 years young and weighs just 7 pounds of pure love. Our best guess is that she’s a long-haired Chihuahua mix, but whatever she is, she’s 100% adorable.

Harriet is missing one eye, but don’t let that fool you—she has zero trouble navigating her world and gets around with total confidence. She’s crate trained, rides beautifully in the car, and loves other dogs of all sizes. She’s currently thriving in a foster home with pups ranging from 20 to 100 pounds and fits right in.

Medically, Harriet has had a full senior blood panel and echocardiogram. She does have heart disease, but at this time no medication is needed, with a recheck recommended in about a year. She may also develop chronic kidney disease down the road, which would simply require a special diet.

Aside from that? She is absolutely perfect. 💕
Sweet, easygoing, and full of love, Little H is ready to spend her golden years being cherished.

Meet & Greet Location:
Applicants must be willing to travel to the Kingston, NY area to meet Harriet.

💖 Important Notes:
• Please DO NOT apply if you do not use heartworm preventative — veterinary history is carefully verified OR if your dogs aren't altered.
• No DMs to personal accounts unless you are a friend or past adopter.
