Harold

Hi, my name is Harold. I was found by HALO when they came to a dog auction. They got me out of living the rest of my life in a puppy mill. I'm about a year old and have lived my whole life up until recently in a wire crate. I never got to run in the grass, cuddle in someone's arms, or have someone say they loved me. But boy has that changed! Lucky for me I'm a forgiving guy because I'm getting used to my new foster family. I love the people and kids and my new furrbrother. Although it took a few days for me to not panic when the phone rang, or the TV came on, or something fell on the floor, I'm trying to learn. I'm a little slow in the potty-training part because I never had been let out of my cage. But foster mom says I'm really bright and I'll get it, I just need someone to keep trying and not to yell at me. I'm a Havanese so I don't shed and am hypoallergenic. I weigh about 13 lbs. I'm being evaluated for a couple of weeks to see how I adjust before I'm up for adoption. I need people to have patience with me and treat me in a calm manner.
