Harlow the 76 lbs lap dog! I said what I said, ok? Harlow is a 2 year old, male, Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Mix. This sweet, sweet boy is unfortunately, looking for a new home after his humans decided they needed a doodle type dog instead. Harlow is a loyal companion. He is affectionate and loves to kiss his foster mom and dad’s chin. He also LOVES dog friends and would be thrilled to have a playful canine companion in his home. Harlow is untrusting of kiddos and things like bicycles, etc. So, he’s looking for a kid free home – although he does grow deeply loyal to children he knows. They just need to be dog savvy. He enjoys taking sniff walks and responds well to redirection while on leash. At his prior home, Harlow jumped the split rail fence to play with the neighbors dogs. Because of this, we prefer a home with a 5-6 ft privacy fence. Harlow is house trained, crate trained, and did we say a lap dog? He has attended doggie day care and he LOVES it! He was shy and nervous with the staff at first but when they let him with the other dogs he lit up!
