Meet Baby Harlow 🐾<br/><br/>Baby Harlow is a sweet, soulful Puggle with a heart far bigger than her tiny body. She and her sister, Cookie, were found tied to a dumpster in a field in Barstow after the homeless man caring for them was taken to jail.
