Harley is fully vetted, neutered and tested heartworm negative. Harley is dog friendly and behaves well at the vet's office. A typical Chow he is standoffish with some strangers but will become your loving, kissing buddy and lie at your feet if you stand still. Harley's tail is scraggly due to neglect and lack of vet care but it will fill out to full fluffyness.
