My first family just couldn’t keep up with my zest for life, but maybe you’ve been searching for an adventure buddy like me.<br/><br/>I’m about as friendly as they come. In fact, I get so excited to meet people that I can turn into a bit of a whirling dervish—I might even bounce up on you just to say hello! Training (after I’ve had a chance to burn off some of my endless energy) will help me polish my manners. One thing’s for sure: shy or timid I am not—I’ve never met a stranger.<br/><br/>I’d be thrilled to have a canine playmate, though cats are best avoided given my Northern dog roots. Kids who are old enough to match my energy—and maybe toss a ball for me—would be right up my alley.<br/><br/>If you’ve ever wanted to try out a dog sport, I’d be the perfect partner. My Beagle nose is my superpower, so scent detection or nose work would keep me happily engaged. A fenced yard is a must because, well, Beagles are famous for following their noses wherever they lead. I’d also make a fantastic hiking companion—just imagine all the amazing smells waiting out there on the trails. Pack some water and snacks, and I’ll be by your side every step of the way.<br/><br/>I think you get the picture—life with me won’t be dull. Couch potatoes need not apply!
