Call and speak to potential adopter find out exactly what their expectations in a dog are, possible facetime along with the animal, answer any questions pertaining to the dog they are interested in, ask about past and present pets and check vet references if the dog is a good fit for their home. If local do a home inspection otherwise out of town adopters do a facetime visit with seeing the inside and outside yard of their home. Spending enough time to figure out if the dog and family will be a good fit or not!
