MEDICAL CASE!<br/><br/>Barks and Meows Rescue introduces Hardy. He is just a dapper Bloodhound/Coonhound mix with lovely markings and short hair. He was transferred to us from a shelter .<br/><br/>Hardy is an exceptionally quiet hound mix. He bothers no one and enjoys the company of other dogs. He is a couch potato for most of the day and enjoys going out in the yard all year long. Laying on the deck or in the grass in the Sun is his favourite pass time. Hardy is a gentle soul with all but does have a prey drive so not cats for our boy.<br/><br/>True to his breed mix he loves his food and is fed 2 cups of dry food twice daily. He does best on a food with grain in it. He is a trim 30 kg and has long legs like the Coonhound. Hardy listens well and is not destructive in the home at all. He is fed in a crate in the kitchen. At night he can be found on a couch or a Karunda bed. He no longer plays with toys or with the other dog in the home but still is happy to have everyone around him. He loves attention and his droopy eyes will pull your heart strings every time. He will pull on his harness lead, following his nose as all hounds will do.<br/><br/>Hardy is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, on heartworm/flea/tick meds and dewormed.<br/><br/>Hardy requires entropion surgery in both eyes.<br/><br/> Visit barksandmeows.ca for an online application.
