Harah

Sweet Harah is an 8 yr old spayed female GSD that recently came to SGSDR from one of our shelter partners. She was picked up roaming, and though she's had a home before, they did not come to claim her. Per the animal control officers in the area, she's been seen out and about patrolling her neighborhood more than once - and they know she's previously had a litter or two. This gal is ready to retire to a stress free life on a couch of her own - where all she has to worry about monitoring is when you open the treat jar!<br/><br/>Harah is very friendly and sweet with people. She has lived with other dogs previously at her home, but when tested at animal control she wasn't a fan of the rambunctious younger dog getting in her face. We suspect with slow intros and a neutral calmer house mate she would be fine with another low-key dog --- but she would also be perfectly happy as a solo pet. She has not been introduced to cats or children while in our care. <br/><br/>We are still getting to know Harah, so stay tuned for updates. Seniors are special to us, so we offer two options:<br/><br/>(1) If your heart has a special place for the seniors, you can adopt a senior dog for the regular adoption fee of $400 and this becomes a perpetual fee.
