Happy's Story

Happy, Happy, Happy!

When you meet this girl, you will understand how she got her name! Happy was found running on a rural highway and despite the finder’s efforts, an owner was never located. It didn’t take long for her to earn her name!

Whether she has always had such a wonderful demeanor or if she is just grateful for being rescued, Happy is a joy to be around. Luckily, she was rescued by a very kind vet tech who works with Save a Lab dogs! She wanted Happy to find the perfect home, so she asked SAL to make that happen.

During her foster period, Happy has been spending a lot of time at her foster’s vet clinic. She loves meeting people and is friendly to all ages. Happy also gets along well with other dogs and cats! She loves to play and show off her zest for life and her prancing around is the cutest thing!

Happy has not been crated much during her time in rescue and hasn’t been destructive. She is house trained, and leash trained and enjoys her rides to work.
