True to her name, she’s a joyful little dog who loves to run, play, and snuggle. She’s very smart and food- motivated, already knowing “sit,” “look,” and “off,” and she’s eager to keep learning with a patient family.<br/><br/>Happy has lots of puppy energy and thrives on playtime—she enjoys fetch with a tennis ball, tug-of-war with a rope, and running/zoomies around with other dogs. She’s also growing in confidence on walks. While she may bark sometimes when people or dogs pass by, she’s already picked up the “look” command and is being positively reinforced with treats so she learns to associate people, dogs, and new sounds with good things.<br/><br/>She’s making great progress with house training: she does most of her business outside, but will still occasionally use pee pads for a quick pee. At night, she sleeps soundly from about 8:30 pm to 7 am, with one late-night potty break.<br/><br/>Happy would do best with an active family who can keep up with her energy and continue her training.
