Happy's Story

Happy is great with dogs and people and we urgently need a foster or forever home. He is a stray currently living in the desert in Southern California. While Happy has never lived in a home and does not come potty trained, he is very sweet and social and eager to learn.

Happy is approx 10 months old and is not yet neutered. He's approx 40 pounds.

He is currently located in Southern California but we are urgently looking for a foster, foster-to-adopt or adopter in the Portland Oregon area to save him from his current living environment. Our transport area includes Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana if you know anyone!
