Hi, I’m Hansel! I’m a 2-year-old male Goldendoodle weighing about 45 pounds, and I’m just as handsome as my name suggests. I do wonderfully with other animals and truly just want someone to play with and give me attention. I’m not overly hyper — when I go outside, I’ll do a few happy zoomie circles, then I’m perfectly content to relax and stay close to my people. Being by your side is my favorite place to be.<br/><br/>I’m also adjusting to life on three legs. I recently lost one of my legs, but doesn’t slow me down much at all. Every day I grow stronger and more confident. Soon, you may hardly even notice I’m missing a leg. My spirit is full, and I’m happy, affectionate, and ready to enjoy life.<br/><br/>I came from a high-kill shelter in Texas, but those days are behind me. I’m neutered, fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives, microchipped, and can be cat tested upon request.
