Hansel's Story

Hansel loves being with people and would be happy to do everything from hiking to cuddling on the couch. He loves to play ball and while he prefers to play with his people, he can entertain herself just as easily.<br/><br/>Hansel has been great with all people and dogs of all sizes.<br/><br/>He is bonded with his stray-mate Gretel (their story is on our website) and we'd love to find them a home together but we will separate for the right family. Misfit Ranch's Adoption Policy

We have a no commitment process leading up to adoption that makes it stress free for everyone involved with a higher success rate. This starts with a phone consult to discuss the rescue, followed by an in-home meet and greet. From there, a two week in-home trial can be scheduled. The rescue can be returned at any time if it is discovered not be a good fit. other rescues can be scheduled for trial if requested. If a home trial is successful, the family can adopt at at the end of the two weeks. Supportive services will be provided to the adoptive family for the life of the rescue which includes complimentary grooming and nail trims every 3 months, complimentary boarding for the first 6 months, discounted boarding after 6 months, nutritional services, discounted advanced training and more!
