Hank

We are really guessing on sweet Hank's breeds!!! Here he is. He is about 6 yrs old but he absolutely doesn't look like it. Initially when he came in, we thought he was about 4 yrs. He's very happy and playful. He gets along with other dogs. I have him in a pen with 4 other dogs all larger than he is. He has not tried to climb over the fence or dig out. When it rains he's he first one in the house and he has always behaved himself. I do have about 10 cats in the house and he may look at them but he leaves them alone. I even have 2 rabbits in cages and he totally leaves them alone...doesn't even look at them.<br/><br/>He is approximately 40 pounds. Maybe a little more (dogs tend to put on weight when they come into my rescue!) <br/><br/>He loves all people. I have had some children...8 & 10 yrs old with him and he just loves them. He had to have been someone's pet. His microchip did have a contact but the phone # was disconnected. A friend of mine brought him to me after finding him around her neighborhood out in the county. She kept him for a couple weeks and put up signs but no response. He didn't know the area so he wasn't a dog that visited her area frequently and went home. She had never seen him before.
