Hank is a sweet, sensitive boy who’s looking for a patient, loving home to call his own. At just over a year old, he’s still learning the world is a safe place—and once he feels secure, his goofy, affectionate personality shines through!<br/><br/>This shy guy may be timid with new people, sounds, or environments at first, but give him a little time, and he’ll become your shadow. He’s a true “velcro dog” who wants nothing more than to be by your side—and preferably, in your lap or curled up next to you on the couch.<br/><br/>Hank's Highlights:<br/>? Great with most dogs at daycare (slow intro needed at home)<br/>? Walks beautifully—loves to sniff and explore<br/>? Knows “sit” and “stay”<br/>? Velcro-level cuddler—will flip onto his back for belly rubs<br/>? Loves car rides<br/>? Happy in a home with a yard or an apartment, as long as he gets daily walks<br/><br/>He hasn’t been tested with cats or kids, but he’s gentle and responds well to calm voices and positive reinforcement.
