Meet Hank 🐾<br/><br/>Hank is a 3–4 year-old hound weighing about 40 pounds, and he’s a gentle, soulful boy who’s learning what it truly means to be part of a loving family. He’s gaining weight, has beautifully clean teeth, and is surprisingly quiet for a hound, just a few soft whimpers when he’s hungry.<br/><br/>Hank loves other dogs and happily cuddles up with them. He’s affectionate with people too and enjoys gentle pets, hugs, and reassurance. He’s especially sweet with kids, who can sit with him and give him all the love he deserves.<br/><br/>He’s made wonderful progress in just a short time, going outside when he’s supposed to, settling into home life, and even learning that his crate can be a safe, cozy place if asked nicely. He can be sensitive to unfamiliar sounds, but with patience and kindness, his confidence continues to grow every day.<br/><br/>Hank is truly a good boy with a tender heart who’s ready to be cherished as a family pet. Each dog has been seen by our veterinarian and treated for likely the following (all various): Age appropriate vaccines, overall health exam and other alignments as they come up.
