Hank

Hank is 1 1/2 year old red heeler who has beautiful red and white fur with blond eyelashes. He is athletic, active and friendly to everyone.<br/>Hank's favorite activities are playing with squeaky toys, riding in a car, being brushed and going for long walks. Hank gets along with cats but the squirrels need to be on their toes. Hank is very food motivated and has learned to sit, shake hands, go down and roll over with treats as a reward. He does know how to use a doggy door. if you would like to have a cuddle buddy, Hank will sit on your lap, all 55 pounds of him. Hank has a double coat as all cow dogs have and needs to be brushed often. He will initiate play by ovalizing (talking to you) with unusual sounds. He has been neutered and up to date on shots and preventive medication. For a month Hank was boarded with a trainer and traveled in a RV to Kentucky. He did travel in a large crate while the SUV was in motion. He is not crated at night in his foster home. Hank needs a forever home with someone who is active and they will be rewarded by his love.
