Warning: I think I'm a lap dog even though I'm 83 pounds.
Hi, my name is Handsome. I am a German Shepherd mix of some kind and when I showed up at the shelter in October, they guessed me to be about 5 yrs old which is good for you because I'm past all the puppy chewing and teenage crazy phases.
I've been adopted two times but because I think cats are super exciting, they weren't able to keep me. So I will need a home with no cats. At my last home I had an older dog sister and younger human sister and I did really good with them.
I can be a little bit high value treat aggressive but they figured out that if there is a crate or a room I can go into and keep my treat to myself, I do really good.
I am house trained and and I do pretty good on a leash. I like toys and will play fetch. I have been paired with male and female small dogs and females of my own size.
I really enjoy vehicle rides and long walks. If you think you have a spot for me in your home, please call us. I love these people and they love me but it's time I find a forever home.
