Haiku's Story

Haiku is a 6 year old husky who came in as an owner surrender. <br/>He was taken from a bad situation but then kept in an apartment that wouldn't accept pets. He was taught to use a pee pad so he didn't have to go outside so they could try and keep him. The owners tried everything but unfortunately it did not work out. <br/>He has been going out since being in the shelter so he should transition to outside potty use easily. He has previous lived with children ages newborn +, cats and dogs. He loves squeaky toys and considering his breed he is a pretty chill guy. He is friendly and would be considered moderate energy.
