Hades's Story
Meet Hades!?

Hades is a 47lb., 4-year-old male pup with a heart of gold and the courage of a survivor. When he first arrived at the shelter (top 2 pictures), he was in rough shape — his skin was irritated, his fur was patchy, and he was clearly unsure of the world around him. Life hadn’t been kind to him, and he needed time, care, and patience to start healing, both inside and out.

Now, after some much-needed TLC, Hades is beginning to blossom. His coat is coming back (bottom 2 pictures), his eyes are brighter, and most importantly, his sweet personality is starting to shine. Out in the yard, he loves to explore, sniff around, and enjoy the fresh air. He’s even started wagging his tail more and showing off his playful side!

Hades is still learning to trust, but with a gentle hand and a calm environment, he’ll be your loyal companion for life. He’s looking for a family who will continue to show him that the world can be a kind and loving place.

We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only.
