Gypsy & Jaz (Courtesy Post)'s Story

⭐️⭐️Courtesy Post⭐️⭐️

Owner looking to rehome 2 female dogs, located in the Quad Cities.

Owner lost her husband recently, he used to be home with them all the time. She works long hours, and neighbors are complaining about their barking and she is being hounded by animal control and not in a position to move. Devastated to have to rehome them, but feels like there is no other option.

GYPSY, the black one, is a mix of border collie and full size dachshund, 8 years old. Approx 40 pounds. Loves to be outside.
She is super smart! Give her a ball she will play for hours. House trained, never goes in the house. She is used to invisible fence and never runs out of the yard. She sleeps on the bottom of my bed.

JAZ, the more white one, is a terrier mix, 7 years old. Approx 45 pounds.
She loves attention. Will jump and bark until she gets over the excitement of you coming home. Definitely loves to be outside. Did allergy test she is only able to eat beef. No chicken. Gets collagen drops on her food and she is so much better. Her hair is back and she is not eating herself raw. Does have some anxiety, takes fluoxetine, 20mg in the morning. She loves other dogs but might do better by herself. She wants to keep eye on the yard. She is great in the house. Never makes a mess.

Both dogs are fully vaccinated and spayed. They do not need to be homed together. Please email to Joan at pink1frog12450@gmail.com for more information if you think you'd be a good fit for either of these beautiful fur babies! Vet reference will be required.Rescue Rehab Rehome does not adopt animals outside the state of Iowa.
