Gypsy is a 56-lb, 1½-year-old female American Staffordshire who came to Delano Animal Shelter as a stray on October 29, 2025.<br/><br/>She’s a sweet and friendly girl who enjoys spending time with people and loves attention. Gypsy has a playful side and can have fun with certain dogs, but she is selective about her dog friends. Because of this, she would do best with slow introductions to other dogs and may prefer a home where she can be the only pet or with a compatible canine companion.<br/><br/>Gypsy is looking for a loving home where she can feel safe, build trust, and share her affectionate personality with her new family.<br/><br/><br/><br/>At the time it is unknown if he is house/crate trained. Dogs are NOT tested with children and cats; his behavior towards children and cats is unknown. He is available for adoption/rescue as of 10/23/25.
