Gus, Male Australian Cattle Dog X, 2 years old 42 lbs.<br/>Gus is a mystery dog, we re unsure of what breed he is, but he exhibits many of the characteristics of a Cattle Dog. We do know that he is about 40 lbs of pure muscle.<br/> Gus walks well on a leash and he is house trained Gus is not a fan of being crated and occasionally when left alone his boredom causes him to be destructive. He loves being busy , understands basic commands but would do well in a house that would continue with his obedience training.<br/>Gus is amazing with kids and lovingly interacts with the 18months old in his home. He is also used to other dogs,and loves to play with them. He lives with a 7 year old border collie who tolerates his enthusiastic personality.<br/>A well fenced yard is a must for Gus, who can be an escape artist.<br/>He requires a home where he will get lots of attention and plenty of activities to burn of that energy.<br/>But it s not all run with Gus, he is an excellent snuggler and enjoys snoozing much of his day away when not out running.<br/>He would be best in a home where he s not left for long periods of time. Older children would enjoy working with this smart young dog!<br/>The adoption fee for Gus is $350.
